Session size is limited to 10 persons, and tickets must be purchased in advance for $35. Each Session lasts approx. 2 hours and includes, snacks, beverages and the food prepared that evening. Chef Heather Tomasinireceived her professional training in Italy at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and professional and home kitchens throughout Italy. She loves to travel and has taken classes to expand her knowledge in France, Morocco, Mexico and Belgium. She’s been a private chef and caterer for the last 15 years and has recently launched a new food travel company, Autentika Food Travel. This brings together her three passions, food, travel and sharing both with others. Heather’s classes are structured to be informative and fun. You’ll learn new techniques and tricks to make you a faster, better cook and have fun and eat well while doing it.
Chef Sally Bowden: A professionally-trained home chef whose passion for cooking started when she lived in England in the late 1990s. Her training began at The Culinary School of the Rockies in Boulder in 2004 where she explored Intermediate Cooking Techinique. She furthered her studies in Sauces, Italian Cooking, and Soups & Stews at The Seasoned Chef in Cherry Creek and in French cooking at On Rue Tatin Cooking School in Louviers, France, outside of Paris. Sally's company Inspirata also offers more in-depth classes in her home.
